Depending on your destination, delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days, but in exceptional cases it can be slightly longer. We hope you can be a little patient if there's a slight delay.

Please see your shipping confirmation email to find the tracking link for your order. If you don't know how tracking works, read here.

If you're order hasn't arrived at your destination within 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your order confirmation email for the exact address we've shipped your order to. Is it 100% correct?
  2. Contact us and tell us if there's any problem with your address.
  3. If the courier somehow lost your package, we will reship your order.
